Deposit

Appointment Cancellation /Late Policy

A $25 non refundable deposit is required upon scheduling. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of service.

Appointment Cancellation /Late Policy

To ensure your ultrasound experience runs smoothly, please review our appointment policies:

•Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and submit payment.

•Your scheduled appointment time is also the start time for your ultrasound session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation to avoid delaying other clients.

•Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and/or will be charged a $25 late fee.

•If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-call, no-show appointments will require full payment at the time of booking any future appointment.

•One complimentary reschedule is permitted per appointment. Any additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and deposit.

What is the difference between 3D and 4D?

3D is a still 3 dimensional image while 4D adds the dimension of time (motion)

Is this ultrasound safe for the baby and I?

A 3D/4D ultrasound uses the same frequency as the ultrasound your doctor will use in 2D. Ultrasounds have been performed for over 35 years and there have been no proven side effects to its proper use.

Do you accept insurance?

Because this is an elective , non diagnostic ultrasound, we do not accept insurance.

What can help me obtain great pictures?

Pay attention to when your baby is most active during the day and try to schedule your appointment during that time
Pay attention to whether eating or drinking impact your baby's energy level and according to that try to eat or not eat right before your ultrasound
Most importantly STAY HYDRATED!!! Great pictures are obtained when levels of amniotic fluid are good, so remember to drink plenty of water.

When is this best time in pregnancy to have 3D/4D?

The best images for 3D/4D are obtained during 26-34 weeks of pregnancy.

Will I always get a good picture?

Usually, but not always. Your baby will determine how much will be seen, i.e. if your baby is facing your spine, it may be difficult to see your baby's face. Every baby scans differently, depending on baby's gestational age, positioning, placenta location, amount of amniotic fluid and mother's body type. However, we promise to make every effort to obtain the best images possible.

Does this take the place of my diagnostic ultrasound?

No. This is an elective ultrasound and is not to replace your physician ordered medical ultrasound.

Will you be able to determine the sex of the baby?

Yes, in most cases we are able to determine the gender. We provide gender determination beginning at 16 weeks, but the longer you wait the better the odds of determination. However, we can't guarantee that the baby will cooperate during your session. If we are unable to determine gender, then we will bring you back for a (1) time free rescan.

How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?

You may bring 5 guest.

What will happen if we're unable to obtain images of my baby during a 3D/4D session?

We offer a (1) time rescan at no additional cost. All appointments are non refundable
